How do I personalize my child’s call from Santa?

After placing your order, simply create your profile and enter all information at the prompts. It takes less than 3 minutes!

When will my child’s call from Santa be made?

Calls begin on Oct.1st and go through Christmas Eve! Your call will be placed within 30 minutes either side of the time you picked online. We will make three attempts that day using the information you gave us.

What about the recording of my child’s call?

It will be e-mailed to you with 24 hours as a .wav file!
 

What if my child did not receive the call?
